Excellent apartment with 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable and spacious double bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all the utensils to enjoy a delicious meal. As a detail, you have a breakfast bar.
Our super luminous living-dining room has a large sofa-bed where you can relax and watch a movie. Furthermore, there is a beautiful glass table for 6 people. From the living room, there is access to a large covered terrace with outdoor furniture with excellent views of the garden and the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, marble floors, and aluminum windows with double glazing.
The urbanization has 4 outdoor swimming pools and 1 pool for kids.

*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there are two options available for check-in.
You can pick up the keys at a specific location and then enter the unit on your own. This option is free of charge.
Otherwise, someone will be waiting for you on the apartment. In this option, there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please consult us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late, there will be a surcharge of 25€.

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.
* The outdoor pool is only open for a few months of the year (from May 15th to October 1st). The indoor pool is open from October 1st to April 30th.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
* Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
