A fully equipped functional kitchen featuring a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all the necessary crockery and utensils to prepare and enjoy your meals at the dining table.
Bathroom:
A fully renovated and modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity.
Community Amenities:
The complex offers excellent facilities for families and couples alike, including a large communal swimming pool (seasonal), expansive green gardens, a children's playground, and communal parking.

Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of the community, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Linens & Cleaning: Bed sheets, towels, and hygiene products are included. Beach towels are not provided.
Parking: Communal parking is available. Please note that a 75€ fee applies if the parking remote is lost.
