> Dining room: it has an elegant designer dining set, with a table for five people and comfortable chairs. With the light coming in from the terrace, it is a cool place to enjoy lunch, looking out to sea.
> Kitchen: American style, it is integrated into the dining area. It has everything you need for a stay, sharing delicious meals, it has an island in the centre, and offers a kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and more.
> Bedrooms: it has 3 bedrooms, the main one and second bethroom has kinkg size bed and the thrid one has a double bed, the three bedrooms have wardrobe. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony.
> Terrace: spacious and equipped with outdoor furniture, it has a dining set from which you can enjoy delicious moonlit dinners and also a coffee table set with sofas to savour breakfast in the sea breeze.
> Bathroom: it offers two bathrooms, one of them with a shower, double washbasin, large mirror, toilet, and storage space. The other has a bathtub, a toilet, and a single washbasin with a mirror.
In addition to this, the building has the best amenities, such as the swimming pool, communal parking and gym. It is the ideal place to holiday with your family or friends and relax with the most beautiful sea view.

*Airport transfer available upon request – please inquire about availability and costs.
*The swimming pool is open only for certain months of the year (usually from May to October). Please confirm pool availability for your selected dates. Due to the drought, pool opening dates may be subject to change.
*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is excessively dirty, an extra charge of €24.20 per hour will apply.
* Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
* The loss of keys will incur a cost of €150.
