You will be able to enjoy the swimming pool of the residence, and the beach which is 300 meters away. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.
You can also enjoy the many bars and restaurants near the building. The apartment has the essentials and air conditioning. In addition, it has:
> Living & Dining room: table and chairs to enjoy delicious meals, a sofa bed for 2 guests, TV, and an exit to the terrace.

* Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.
* Pool is only open for a few months of the year (generally from May to October). Please check the availability of the pool for the dates chosen.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deaparture, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
