Situated on the first floor, it can accommodate up to 5 guests. The décor has been carefully selected to make you feel right at home. The property is laid out as follows:
>Kitchen: Is fully equipped for your stay, featuring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, sandwich maker, and all the necessary tableware to enjoy a delicious meal. It also has generous countertop space and a spacious cupboard.
>Living Room: Located next to the kitchen-dining area and with access to the terrace, the living room includes a comfortable, luxurious corner sofa, a coffee table, and a Smart TV. A cozy space with a dining table and chairs for 4 guests.
>Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms. One includes a double bed and the other one 2 singe beds, storage space, a mirror, and access to a terrace with outdoor furniture.
>Bathrooms: Both bathrooms feature a sink with mirror, toilet, and walk-in shower with glass screen.
>Terrace and Back Patio: Furnished with outdoor seating and a coffee table—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
You’ll also have access to a washing machine and iron during your stay, central hot/cold air conditioning, and free WiFi throughout the apartment.
The location is excellent—just 170 meters from Venus Beach and close to restaurants and shops. A perfect base for discovering everything Marbella has to offer!

Next, a living room area with a sofa bed, a one-seater armchair, and a TV only with local channels. In addition, a set of table and chairs for you to share moments with your loved ones.
The floor is completed with the master bedroom with a double bed, Smart TV with Netflix, and a storage area. The second bedroom has two single beds.
Finally, the bathroom area has a large sink, shower, and washing machine.
Towards the end of the living room is the access to the garden equipped with an outdoor table and chairs.
The decoration of the apartment is completely modern and warm, taking care of the details so that our guests feel at home.
The condominium offers other facilities that our guests can enjoy during their stay: swimming pool (open some months of the year -generally from May to October- we suggest checking availability before booking), a tennis court, a large garden, parking and security. There's community parking available inside the urbanization but please note this works on a first come, first serve basis so you might not always find a spot to park inside. In that case, there's also free street parking available you can take advantage of!
