Los Naranjos urbanization is located in one of the most luxurious areas of Marbella.
This elegant flat offers unbeatable views, a bright space available for 4 guests.
When you come in, on the left hand side you'll find a completely equipped kitchen, appointed with a coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, and all the necessary crockery to enjoy a good meal. You'll also find the washing machine and the clothes rack.
Next, the living room sector with a sofa-bed, a smart TV with Neflix and a fireplace. Besides, table and chairs to share quality moment with your family. There's central all weather AC.
The cozy bedroom with a double bed, a nice work space good for laptops, and a wardrobe.
Lastly, the bathroom has elegant details and great sink and shower and space.
Towards the end of the living room there's a door to our lovely and private terrace, with outdoor table and chairs.
The urbanization offers other facilities that our guests can enjoy during their stay: swimming pool (open from May to September, we suggest checking availability before booking), large garden and communal parking 30 meters from the property. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.
The decoration of the apartment is totally modern, and warm, taking care of the details, so that our guests feel at home.
