More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

It is located in Rio Verde and within walking distance to stores, restaurants and bars. Puerto Banus Beach is only a 5 minute drive away and there are golf courses and a sports center nearby.
Excellent dining options, such as Mosh Fun Kitchen, Nomad and Mogli, and several supermarkets nearby, including Mercadona and SuperCor, the latter open from 7 AM to 1 AM.
On Saturdays there is a local open-air market just 5 minutes away where you can find clothes, some food and flowers.
We don't acccept group of young teenagers or under age guests. Minimun age to book is 25 yo.

There is communal parking within the urbanization, but please keep in mind that the spaces are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis so there may not always be free spaces inside. In that case, free parking is also available on the street!
