This bright 200m2 apartment is on the first floor and is located in San Pedro de Alcántara. A comfortable accommodation for a group of friends or for a family trip in the centre of San Pedro de Alcántara, just a few steps from the beach and a multitude of shops and restaurants on foot.
The interior of the property is spacious and a big plus point is the entry of natural light into the rooms.
>Living room: It is a living-dining room and has comfortable armchairs with a Smart TV and a glass table. From here you can access the balcony.
>Kitchen: The kitchen is independent, in light tones and with a large countertop. It is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (espresso), toaster, washing machine and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals in one. It has a table for 5 people. From here you enter the laundry room.
>Laundry room: Prepared with a washing machine and a washbasin, specially dedicated for the comfort of longer stays!
>Bedrooms: The main room has a 180cm bed and the second room has a 150cm bed. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have storage space for unpacking your clothes. One of the twin bedrooms also has shelves and a desk in front of the window.
>Bathrooms: For added convenience, this apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Both have a large mirror, sink, toilet and bidet, shower and glass-enclosed bathtub.
The apartment has Wi-Fi and hot-cold central air conditioning.

The condominium offers other facilities that our guests can enjoy during their stay: swimming pool (open a few months a year - usually from May to October - we suggest checking availability before booking), a beautiful garden and underground parking with an elevator. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.
*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please ask us for availability and rates.
Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book is 25 yo.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
* Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.

> Four comfortable and bright bedrooms with storage space. The master bedroom, the second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have hot-cold AC.
> Four beautiful bathrooms: full with ample space, toilet and bathtub. Three of them are ensuite bathrooms and one of them also has a shower. The fourth bathroom as a shower only.
> Terrace: Spacious, equipped with outdoor furniture. Ideal for admiring the breathtaking views, breathing fresh air and seeing the sea in the distance. It also has a barbecue.
