This fabulous apartment is available to receive up to 4 guests. The property is distributed as follows:
> Living room: The living room is composed of an area where to relax with two comfortable sofas and a TV that includes Netflix app and international channels. It has access to the balcony.
> Kitchen: modern, open to the living room with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle ... and all the utensils you may need during your stay. You can also enjoy the breakfast bar.
> Two large bedrooms with storage space. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, TV with local channels, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds.
> Covered balcony: large balcony equipped with a large extendable dining table for up to 6 people and comfortable armchairs.
> Air conditioning, washing machine, and clothesline at your disposal.
The complex offers other facilities that our guests can enjoy during their stay: swimming pools (open some months of the year -generally from May to October- we suggest you check availability before booking), a bar, and a beautiful garden. There is paid on-street parking in the area. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.
*We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.
*Pool is open a few months of the year - generally from May to October - we suggest you check availability before booking.
*The TV in the living room has the Netflix application so that guests can use their accounts in the apartment.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
* Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
