More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.

In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

The Space
Welcome to our fantastic apartment located in La Mairena, Elviria Alta. High biodiversity area and 15 minutes from Marbella where tranquillity is enjoyed with beautiful sea views. This fabulous apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and is located on a ground floor.
Upon entering our apartment, you will find the living room with a cosy sofa where you can relax while enjoying a Smart TV (WiFi and cable television).
The living room is connected to the dining area and kitchen, and has access to the two terraces and air conditioning for greater comfort.
If you like spending time together as a family preparing food, our kitchen is perfect as it is not only fully equipped, but also has space to cook comfortably. You will find at your disposal oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, toaster and all the utensils you might need during your stay. A Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine is also provided to enjoy a delicious coffee whenever you wish.
The flat has two bedrooms. In the main bedroom, you have a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a large built-in wardrobe to keep your belongings within reach and help you feel at home.
In total, the apartment has two beautiful bathrooms (one ensuite): complete and with ample washbasin, toilet and shower space. One of them also has a bidet and bathtub.
A great advantage of this flat are the two terraces where you can enjoy a coffee or delight in a glass of wine and a delicious meal, all while being surrounded by the beauty of nature and the tranquillity of the beautiful Mairena. If what you are looking for is relaxation, this is your place.
It is worth noting that during your stay you have access to a clothesline, washing machine and iron.
The urbanisation offers other facilities that our guests can enjoy during their stay: a refreshing infinity pool with a depth ranging from 0.75m to 2.20m in the deepest part (open for some months of the year - generally from May to October - we suggest checking availability before booking), a beautiful botanical garden and communal outdoor parking. Please note that due to drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
Comfort and leisure are within reach. The apartment is close to the Santa Maria Golf & Country Club, Greenlife Golf Club and El Soto Golf & Country Club, and 8 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Elviria.
There are also shopping centres, restaurants and bars in the Elviria Urbanisation, Gyms (Crossfit Elviria), theme park "Aventura Amazonia" also near the urbanisation. And if you like nightlife, we invite you to visit Nikki Beach and Puerto de Cabopino.
Malaga Airport is also conveniently located just 37 minutes by car.
Services and common areas
* We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm, an additional charge of €40 applies until 11 pm, and €60 until 00:00. Outside of these hours, please consult us for availability and rates.
Please advise us 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to ensure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive an hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.
Cot available upon request with additional cost
*Bed linen and towels included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
Airport transfer available, please check availability and costs.
Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is too dirty, an extra charge of £24.20 per hour will be applied.
* Guests are informed that smoking inside is prohibited and failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of €500
