Welcome to this charming and spacious single-storey house, ideal for a family holiday. With capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, this property combines comfort, space, and an excellent location to enjoy everything Marbella has to offer.

>Living room: The living room is a spacious, bright, and cosy area, perfect for spending time with the family or relaxing after a day at the beach. It features two large three-seater sofas facing a coffee table and the television, creating an ideal space to unwind. There is also a dining table with chairs next to a wood-burning fireplace, adding warmth and charm to the atmosphere, especially on cooler evenings. From the living room, you have direct access to the garden and patio, allowing plenty of natural light and a seamless connection to the outdoors.

>Kitchen: The kitchen is independent and offers plenty of storage space—ideal for longer stays or for those who enjoy cooking on holiday. It is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary utensils to prepare and enjoy your favourite meals. Its functional layout ensures comfort and ease in your daily routine.

>Bedrooms: The house has four spacious bedrooms, all tastefully decorated and designed to guarantee a restful sleep. Three of them are furnished with Queen-size beds, perfect for adults, while the fourth bedroom there is a single day bed with pull out mattress appropriate for 2 children. Each room includes bedside tables with lamps, storage space for luggage, and plenty of natural light, creating a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere.

>Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms in the house, all spacious and well-lit. Each one is equipped with a sink, mirror, toilet, shower or bathtub, and all have been designed in a modern and stylish way, offering both comfort and functionality. Additionally, you will have a toilet at your disposal. These spaces are well-suited for daily use by several guests without compromising privacy and well-being.

>Patio and Garden: The outdoor areas are perfect for enjoying Marbella’s wonderful climate. There is a spacious patio and a lovely garden with various corners for rest or fun. You’ll find outdoor furniture ideal for sunny breakfasts, family lunches, or dinners at sunset. For entertainment, there is a ping pong table and a trampoline—great for kids or energetic guests. The private swimming pool with sun loungers is a true oasis to cool off and relax in the sun.

Parking: The house includes a private garage, which adds comfort and security for those travelling by car. You won’t need to worry about finding a parking spot in the area.

The location is unbeatable—set in a peaceful and pleasant area, close to all amenities and with easy access to both the beach and Marbella’s city centre.

*Access to the property will be via self check-in. If you prefer an in-person check-in, we’ll be there to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
* The pool is only open a few months a year. Please check pool availability for your chosen dates. Please note that due to the drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
* Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
