More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

It features a plush three-seater sofa, two comfortable armchairs, and a TV placed above the fireplace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying quality time. Natural light floods in through the large French doors that open directly onto the private patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The dining area, decorated with rustic charm, offers a wooden table and matching tableware for enjoyable meals. The space is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay.
>Kitchen: Functional and stylish, this well-organised kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and all essential cookware. Its light tones and clean lines create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both short and extended stays. A window brings in natural light and fresh air.
>Bedrooms: The house features two spacious and bright bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen Size bed, wardrobe space, and bedside tables with lamps for added comfort. Large windows in both rooms allow for abundant natural light and provide a relaxing connection to the outdoors. Both bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning for greater comfort during your stay.

>Bathrooms: It features two full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, large mirror and good lighting, providing everyday comfort. One of them includes a bathtub for relaxing moments. Both are filled with natural light thanks to large windows, also fitted with curtains for your privacy. On the ground floor, the house also has a functional guest toilet with a washbasin, mirror, toilet and storage space.
>Patio: Accessible from the living room, this charming private patio is ideal for enjoying the outdoors. It comes furnished with a table and chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue, perfect for relaxed breakfasts or al fresco dinners. Its warm, tranquil ambiance invites you to unwind at any time of day.
