More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, garden furniture, washing machine, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, tennis court, air-conditioned, communal swimming pool, 1 TV. In the hotplate of glass ceramics open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

*Access to the property will be via self check-in. If you prefer an in-person check-in, we’ll be there to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25
*Sheets and towels included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.

*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the floor is too dirty an extra 24.20€ per hour will be charged.
* Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
